if you can post the Simplify 3D project file and some info on the filament type, like brand, age since opened and how you have stored it, and type (PLA, ABS…) I will take a look.

Two main things cause stringing – print temperature too high and too little retraction. For starters you are probably printing too hot for the filament you are using, like trying to use ABS settings on PLA filament, for example. And you should try increasing the retraction amount in your slicer settings. If you have no retraction or too little retraction, you’ll have extra plastic oozing out of the nozzle when it moves from point to point on the print, particularly in corners and places where it’s slowing down to switch directions.
