Slow response times and seemingly no customer support, my admin link is dead, nothing pulls up when clicked, had a simple question, but getting it answered seems a bit convoluted, 6 days after submitting a print order, supposedly my order was printing on the 12th, come to find out I am cued behind a failed print job with tenuous details as to when it might be completed. A verification system is needed so false print jobs are not alerted about.

Which OS and which browser? Note that occasionally chrome doesn’t always refresh the cache as it should between page loads… It unfortunately isn’t the only browser with this condition… I’d suggest trying another browser you haven’t used or clearing the cache and trying again. The other possibility is that something has went horribly wrong (no kidding right?)

So you a customer printing something at 3dhubs? If yes I would suggest changing the hub.
