I have seen remote controls snap together with a special m/f snap fit, does anyone have an idea where I can find a CAD module that designers this
Fusion 360 will simulate them.
You could try looking on grabcad.com. There are a lot of well designed printable models on there. Trying searching based on multiple terms too.

The material and printing technology you choose are very important. The tolerancing of the mating parts is also very important. If this is a new design you are making, I can help with the design of the snap features. This takes experience and material properties knowledge. I can print Rigur material with the Polyjet technology which give a smooth finish and is very good for this type of application. You can visit my hub if you want to launch an enquiry and talk further about the possibilities. Pierre
