Hi, I have just completed assembly of a Prusa i3 and I am trying to find some documentation on using the controller can anyone help. When I save the file to sd card do I save it as an asci file or not, I am getting a message Wait for user ? on the main screen when using Reptier.

I am not a prusa i3 user so I recommend you go to the committing of their website or ask the customer service.

You just need to save your .gcode file from slicer to SD card thats all. On controller press button scroll down to “print from SD”
than select your file, thats it.
Many thanks, I did all you said but I saved the file using the ascii option and thats why printing failed. So I redid them without the ascii option and they printed fine, thanks for the advice. I just need to tweek the finish.

I’m glad it worked! Finish will greatly be affected by how good calibration is on one side and how mechanically everything is tight on other side.
