Today i did a first small scale test with my new Nobel. It’s a 4mm high Marvin printed with 25micron layers. I think it’s not to bad for a first try.

Weight: 0.02gram

Layer hight: 0,025mm.

Printtime: 40 minutes

wow, pretty cool.

Hi

I’m new to 3D Hubs and just printed Marvin on our Envisiontec Perfactory Micro. I had a go at half size and quarter size aswell.

Nice Marvin, Rada! How do you like printing with your Nobel so far?

Wow, impressive prints, Adam! How small is the smallest? If you want, you could start a separate thread on your Marvin, while also sharing some printing settings and also print sizes. And welcome

Thanks for that! The smallest is 5mm high!

Thanks Joury. Hopefully I’ll get some good prints and photos to share.

I like it. It’s not the most practical technique but the print detail is amazing.

They look amazing !

Do you have cast-able resin for your machine ?

Thanks Kev.

Hi Kev

Thanks. The resin parts can be used for silicone tooling and casting, yes. There’s also a couple of wax materials available for investment casting, but I don’t have any in stock, as it’s pretty expensive and doesn’t warrant the odd job here and there, at the moment.
