So i have a vertex K8400 with 2 nozzels my second nozzel heats up faster than the first is this normal because that one is older?

How much difference? I don’t think it is of much importance because the print does not start until both nozzles reach the temperature.

Check the heater connection if it’s properly seated. My connector was little bit burnt due to the bad connection. Which slows down the heating

How are they wired? By that I mean are they on the same set of wires? If yes then the one to get current first will heat up faster. Why resistance in the wire itself, run a new second set, make sure your power supply is up to the job and as always check all of your connections.

The heating speed is very influenced by how the small in front of the nozzles are directed. In your case it cools more tho the left than right.

Well I wish I had come to that conclusion. Always go back to basics, I ignored the fan went straigth for the electronics.

I always reduce fan speed during warmup to about 25% on my Deltabot , then print with it around 60%
