Hi to the other Hubs out there, is anyone else having issues with 3Dhubs under quoting on the sliced volume for prints? I am finding they are quoting up to 25% lower than actual usage when using their guideline infill and perimeter settings.
I have compared simplify 3d, slic3r and zortrax slicers and 3dhubs always quote less than the results I get.
Thanks in advance for any advise, I know I can increased the sliced volume manually but it looks really unprofessional and is not an option on instant orders.
