Haven’t received any new requests for print jobs but did receive a notice that my printer was now deemed offline. Note I only do this to help people who can’t or don’t want to buy their own printer. If I needed money I would find a different hobby. How about a message that asks if the printer is still functioning instead of taking it off line and sending an email?

Hi John,

I would fully agree with what you are saying, but I haven’t come across this problem before. Maybe check that you have some form of contact details set up. I always though you got an email or some form of contact, but I am quite new to the hubs. If it happens again, I would definitely get in contact with the support team. I just hope there is someone out there who could tell you exactly what went wrong.
