3D hubs recently started offering simulated ABS which is proposed to be used to print molds for plastic injection parts. I am confused, so I will ask a seemlingly dumb question.
How do we take advantage of this service, buy designing the part or the mold?
Who, if anyone is offering the injection service?

You indeed take the advantage of this by designing a mold and printing it in this ABS. The best thing to go about this is to get in touch with one of the hubs that have this material and they may be able to help you with exact details:
