Today I noticed that the orientation I see in Simplify 3D is wrong and I am not sure how this has happened.

I just did a test print of a small rectangle and set it out on in Simplify 3D however when I output the file and printed it it prints in the opposite direction on my printer. It’s a bit hard to explain but please look at the pictures.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix it?

Reset your settings in simplify3d, or load an older file that was working in the past.

O.K I have no idea how this happened but it seems as the X and Y lengths got messed up. I couldn’ figure out how to reset them so I reset Simplify3D and went through the process of setting it up again manually and I will test the outcome tomorrow.

It didn’t work so I deleted Simplify 3D removed all trace of it from the registry and went back to the Simplify 3D site and downloaded the software again. Went through the initial setup and now it’s all working again. SO I have no idea why or how this happened. But it’s now fine.
