I printed the Marvin robot and uploaded it in my profile picture 3-4 days ago

But it’s not reviewed by 3D hubs yet.

is something that I’m doing wrong?

Hey Sevak,

There have been many times people have complained that 3D hubs aren’t completing the Marvin order review. As long as the pictures are attached then they should get round to it. Just give them time as they can be busy sometimes. More often than not, those who make a post will either have their account set up in the next few days, or 3D hubs will advise you of what to do to get your account up and running.

Youll just have to be patient.

Hey @sevak, just took a look at your Hub dashboard. If you go to the Marvin print order page and click on “Order is printed”, that will alert our team and they’ll be able to review your Marvin. Our system still thinks that you are in the printing phase. Hope that helps :slight_smile:
