Is it possible to send a customer a link to where they review their order? I have a customer that is unsure where to go to review my hub.

Also this would be great for sending along with a message about some incentive like a discount on future orders to customers who may not bother reviewing otherwise.

Failing that - where do users go to review an order? Having not submitted an order as a customer before i’m a bit in the dark about what their dashboard looks like!!

Hi @Create, once the order has been completed, the customer is prompted to leave a review of your Hub on the order page by our system. As for your suggestion, that sounds very useful and I will forward this on to our Product Team. I hope that helps!
