So I’ve tried everything except solder the leads to the board but what’s happening is that when nothing is in the heated bed terminals it runs 10v but when I plug the mosfet sig wires in the voltage drops to 2v and won’t power the bed

Sounds like you have short somewhere. Have you tested the mosfet?

You don’t have the heated bed power connections connected on the board, there is typically an 11A screw terminal and a 5A screw terminal. The beds power comes from the 11A terminal. It’s very unlikely to be a short as this would sink all the current and damage the board, and it’s unlikely( though not impossible) that it’s a broken mosfet as they tend to not conduct at all when broken. Therefore, the only explanation that remains is that the heatbed power is not connected.

The mosfet runs when I plug it up to the power supply and heats the bed it’s when I plug the bed wires or the mosfet wires into the board is when the power drops. If I had a short where would it be

Yes I have tested the mosfet and it runs it’s self and the bed but when I plug it into the board the power drops. The power drops when I plug anything into the board terminals

How did you test the mosfet?

I tested it with the 12v power supply

Did you test gate, source and drain on the mosfet? Once you confirm the mosfet you should get 12v from the heat bed leads on the control board. Gcode M140 S60 should open up the mosfet
