Rumba board - Nothing is moving - How to debug?

I have replaced my old board (Sanguinololu) with a new Rumba board.

everything went smoot, installation on windows and load of the Marlin firmware, connection to Repetier.

I wired up the X motor but nothing is moving. Same issue with Y and Z.

I am quite sure the drives (DRV8825) are correctly orientated.

I see the led on the board blinking when i send a command.

I tried to meaure the voltage on one field of the motor, no voltage during the comand.

i would appreciate some hint about what to check hardware/firmware and also a pic about the orientation of the driver if someone has the same one.
