If we are unable to finish a print, and have to cancel the print do we get bad feedback?

Hey @Phillipd612, If something happens and you’re unable to finish your print make sure to communicate that clearly to the customer and it’s up to the customer to decide whether to leave a review or not. Usually if you’re helpful throughout the order and explain the situation the customers understand and won’t leave a bad one.

You can also throw an inquiry in at some local hubs and see if someone in the community is willing to finish up the order for your customer. Outsourcing the order vs cancelling it. The other hub may be, should be, willing to match your price. This seems ultimately the best way to get the customer’s order in their hands without delays or cancellations. Understandably it’s not always a possibility.
