Hey there!
What do you mean by “0.5” in diameter less"? Would you like the diameter to be 0.5" smaller than it currently is?

Hey Samuel,
Its a bit unclear what you are asking. Are you looking for the scale you need in order to make the object smaller by 0.5"?
Let us know what you mean so someone can help you out
Hi Samuel,
You can file an enquiry with a Hub, to ask them if they can assist you in correctly scaling the model, then printing it.
To file an enquiry with a Hub, simply browse to the Hub you want in our ‘Browse local printers’ page found at:
Over there, select the Hub you want, a pop-up message will appear. To the right of this message, underneath the Hub’s summary, you can find the ‘View Hub’ button. This button brings you to their Hub page. On top of this page, inside the banner, you can find the ‘Contact this Hub’ button. By clicking this, you can file an enquiry with a hub, and ask if they can assist you in changing your model, and then they can even convert the enquiry in an order if all goes well!
You probably want to specify on the page above, under advanced search filters, to only look for Hubs that also provide 3D modelling services, since they will be needing to alter your 3D file. They will also be able to give you a quote as to how much this would cost to print at their Hub, including 3D modelling fees.
Hope that helps!
Best,
Benny
