I am currently conducting a research on the ecosystem of distributed 3D printing fabrication to better understand the the phenomenon of personal fabrication (small scale fabrication) through the use of the different maker’s hubs. I would like to ask you few questions:

  1. What types of clientele are using your services and which one is the most significant for your business?
  2. Tell me a little bit about the process, from a customer’s request to the delivery.
  3. Have you made partnership with other companies or web-services to enlarge your market? Which one? What are the benefits/disadvantages you encountered through those partnerships?
  4. If you had all the means to improve your business, what would be the biggest problem you would wish to solve? How would you do it?
