Replicator 2X wont turn on

When I turn on my printer, wont either LCD screen or LED lights turn on. When I connect the printer to my PC, the PC registers it but MakerBot Desktop dosent. What could the problem be?

Does the power supply turn on? Any fans come on?

I fixed it, but nothing turned on. I send a mail to makerbot support, and they gave me a .zip file with a progrm that fixed the problem.
