Hi! I am having issues with a Replicator2, the front fan isn’t working at all.
I got a new fan, new cords, I even tried a new mother board to check if the problem was there, as I have seen many comments about MOSFET broken. But every time I try, the center of the fan gets super hot and it ends up burning.
Is there anything I am not seeing? I can’t keep burning fans

I also have the dreaded front fan problem. It just stopped working one day. I replaced the fan but still not working, and I tested the old fan with a different power source and it runs, but it was missing a blade so it needed the new fan. I suspect the MOFSET but don’t have the skill to replace them so I might try a new board - hard to throw money at an old machine though. Sounds like you tried a new board and cord and are still have issues. Did you ever figure it out?
