Printchainstore are ignoring my emails, I have had problems with the printer from day 1, they told me not to worry, they will get their engineer to solve the problem, I have had no reply for a month now, so the 1 year warranty is as much use as a chocolate kettle.

I had issues as well from the seller I bought my CTC from. They got back to me after about 2 weeks and sent replacement parts out. IF you bought through ebay you should be able to use their guarantee system to get it sorted

Thanks for your reply, I wrote a letter to Ct’c, they got back to me, and asked me for the order number, then said that they will send a new board, so hopefully, this will solve the problem, thanks again
