How or what tool would you use to remove a print off a print bed?

Hi Aaron,
try a spatula, knifes and you could also use cooling sprays to loosen the print from the adhesive of choise.
What material did you print in, what adhesive did you use and what printbed do you have (glass, aluminium, …)
Cheers,
Marius

Thanks man that help a lot:)
Hey Aaron, here’s some more tips to help you out: Talk Manufacturing | Hubs. Good luck!
My favorite is a steak knife but a putty spreader is safer

Nice precision! I end up shredding the painter’s with just a spatula… ;/
I use kinetic energy on bed heated on 20-115°C. I have wooden stick made from Chinese chopsticks. I bend it and release energy to the printed parts. And after that its happens, that release it.
Not a knife I cut my self yesterday lol
I use stanley blade for glass cleanning
if the bed is glass and the part is attached with hairspray, then water will dissolve the hairspray and release the part.
if you’re using Uhu glue, if you heat it up to above 60 degrees then you can peel off the print by hand.
Normally i use a stiff knife like the one on my leatherman. be careful not to cut yourself.
I use an old palette knife. It’s really thin but I guess the edge is rounded through use so it’s not sharp and the length allows me to get under even the largest and most stubborn ABS prints.
Oddly, the best tool I’ve found by far is a plastic credit-card sized loyalty card. It’s thinner than a credit card (so think like a credit card, but floppy) and thinner than a palette knife, and it’s not metal so it won’t scratch my BuildTak surface – find somewhere on the edge of the raft / print I can get the start of my fingernail in, then insert the loyalty card and it works a treat.
