I recently upgraded to a hardened steel nozzle on my Anet A8. Right now my current issue is I cannot find a cooling fan that gives sufficient clearance for the shorter nozzle. I often find the nozzles slip out of the fan duct a pinch then start touching the print.

You could use a common fan nozzle and alter it in fusion 360 for example, to meet the requirements. Maybe you find a good design on thingiverse.com , specifically designed for shorter nozzles.
