I’ve come up with this problem in the last few weeks. I got some customers placing an order through the website here. But after I confirm the order they do not pay, after reaching out to them that they should pay now, there just comes no response. I don’t know if the customer is only notified through E-mail when there is an action in the order? But when the customer is not checking his E-mails, they just will not get notified. How can I reach out to these customers? As I have no phone number or anything (that is only provided after finishing the print).

That will happen sometimes. Ive had a few where they have put in a request and just never followed through with payment. I have also had ones where it just took them a few days after accepting order to pay. This is also why you should never start printing until you get the payment confirmed message

Yes. That happens evey now and then. I guess they are just testing the system. It is especially annoying if the do it in the middle of the night, as it will also make your everage respone time longer…
But exactly because of these kinds of orders i like 3d Hubs. When they do it directly via email, the chance is higher you will print the order without pay…
