I turned one of my printers Online last night (around 13hrs ago) had my printers (I have 2) offline for the holidays…

Just notice in the last about 2-3hrs… my hub was switched to offline mode… Looked at my printers, sure enough the one I had online was switched offline… what gives??

Hey @jatmn, I was looking through declined orders and noticed that over the weekend you had declined an order because you were offline for the holidays. I wasn’t sure if you were back yet so I had taken it offline just in case. Sorry about that!

Yea that order was also a glitch or a hack I think (already reported it to support the other day)…
I was in offline mode completely with both printers when that order came in so it didnt make sense that I got it in the first place, also it didnt make any sense because the order was from out of the country and was only a $5 print… Shipping would have been almost 3x the print cost… The order requester had 25 order requests at the time I got mine from them.
