Hello,
Been using my new X-one for a month now with no issues until the other day when it refused to print a part “cylindrical bushing with 25.4 mm OD, 6 mm ID, and 30 mm tall”. Bushing is made from Petg, and sometimes PLA. Bushing must be solid, and in the past I’ve printed several. Now, the bushing will print approx 21% and fail by the printer running off the print and hitting the X or Y limit switches, spewing filament here and there as it travels, finally moving up in the Z axis and doing a lot of beeping. I’m using Sympify3d since I purchased this printer, and am using the stock .4mm nozzle with a .2 to .25mm layer height. Bushing will print with 2 or 3 outside layers and 20% maximum infill before printer fails from too dense infill.
Please help!
Thank you,
Cris L.

First thing is to contact QIDI and send pics or a video. Their support is excellent.
Will other things print ok? Can you just print a 20X20X10 cube and see if it comes out?
Feel free to check out QIDI 3D on Facebook, search for it. Good support there also.
