Disclaimer: I’m not affiliated with fusion3.

At the moment I’m not impressed with their operation. My opinions on the operation of their company aside I am available to discuss their product.

UPDATE: Chris Padgett, Fusion3’s CEO called and we discussed the early release issues (with delivery and customer communication not with the product) in depth. He offered specific examples of what went wrong and how they have internally corrected these problems. The answers I received were satisfactory to show that as a company Fusion3 takes their product and customer opinions seriously.

If anyone is thinking about or interested in the fusion3 F400 I have a live feed, link below, and can – answer any questions, take pictures, discuss performance, etc. – I have Delta’s, core xy machines and prusas for comparison.

Currently printing ABS at 150 micron 65mms.

Is it open source? My school is looking at getting one. Is the user allowed to repair the printer or make upgrades? And how has is aged, since it has been a while.
