Hi all,
I have mistake with 3011 / 3013 (they change each other).
I have done everything I need in the instructions.

  • Set 5 new heads.
  • Lubricated all rails, cleaned etc.
  • Changed on new POGO PCB and Pogo Flex Cable.
  • Took on to check another E-box and Festoon cable.

Problem still exists. After flashing firmware the date is lost, how to return the current date and return the printer to print?

I have no idea, had the same issue. I’ve all but given up on this horrible machine… I’ve tried flashing the firmware, reseting the board but to no avail.
If you can think of anything else, please let me know I can try it!
Thanks!

If the Pogo and Flex cable are both brand new, the next step is replacing the festoon cable assembly.
