Starting today, you’ll notice several changes on your Hub order dashboard, in terms of layout and names. Basically under the Print Queue menu, you now have 3 new tabs/ categories of orders:
- Active: all orders that are active, with final payment to be completed
- Completed: all paid out and completed orders
- Declined/ Canceled orders
We believe this will help a lot in the future, as it gives you a better overview of your active orders in one page. This means that even if some orders take longer to complete, they won’t ‘disappear’.
