Power off the printer and move the x carriage slowly, do you feel any change in the required force to move the carriage along its travel?
Maybe a bearing is faulty, try loosen them up if its possible. Do you see maybe any scratch marks on the smooth rods?
Thank you or the reply. I try to loosen up the belt of the X and Y axis a little, i found it easy to move now, thanks to you but when i do auto home, the extruder hit my heated bed and leave the scar. What i do wrong this time? So desperate Thank you

For the extuder level issue try to adjust the Z endstop switch, don’t know your printer. Maybe the endstop switch can be moved up and down or the thing witch press the switch can be adjusted, also lowering the print bed with its adjusting crews can solve the problem.
