I’m having a problem with a longer print project. I’m working on a multi-part item that requires me to print items that take between 2 hours to 7 hours. The longer the printing time, the more the item bends from the bottom (heated plate) and i’m not sure if the temp is to low, or the cooling not quick enough. There’s no way to change the temp of the plate during the process. Any ideas? using PowerSpec 3DPro printer.
What are the temps, slicer, speeds, material etc. You have got to provide some information. We can’t just guess at it.
Temps are the most likely thing.

Temp on the feeder is 220C and 110C on the base/platform. Those are default and I can’t change them. I’ve looked everywhere. Speeds ive played with, putting it at as low as 20 and as high as 50. Small change in the quality. Slicer I left at default and haven’t played with those options. Fill 10%. I’ve now covered the front of the printer, but don’t see much of a difference.
Whats the material? From those temps it looks like ABS, you need a heated enclosure for ABS to print well on long prints

It is ABS. Thank you for your reply. I didn’t receive the original plastic enclosure part. It’s on it’s way to me now. I’ll try the print after it’s arrival.
