I am looking for someone that has some experience printing with flexible pvc. I understand the dangers, and the part needs to be welded to other pvc parts so I can’t use any other materials. I am having troubles with my tip clogging. Any help on tip temperature or any other tips would be appreciated.

Hey Gorka,

Whenever I am having troubles with clogs, my first changes are a hotter AND faster print. Just increasing the temperature in 5°C increments does not always solve the problem. Colorfabb’s woodFill for example is notorious for clogging at low extrusion rates. I don’t have any previous experience with PVC in particular, so sticking to the upper print temperature quoted by the manufacturer seems like a good start to me.

Let us know how it goes.

Sincerely,

Jonas
