I’ve been looking around on Internet about HDPE. I understand it’s not an easy material to print with, but since i need to weld the printed parts on another HDPE component, i don’t have that much choice of the component.

Which printer would be the best to print with HDPE ?

Hey Michael,

from what I have gathered about the curse of HDPE over time I would imagine you won’t have much luck printing this stuff on an FDM machine. Severe warping and adhesion problems would hinder any sort of acceptable results. Maybe there is a way to use it in an SLS printer?
