Hi all. Looking for assistance. I have a version 0ne 3D up plus. Always been akward and i am looking to replace next academic year. Thus far i have leveled the platform using feeler gauges, cleaned feeder gear, replaced the nozzle and replaced the perf board. It continues to frustrate. I have a number of projects to print from this term and a project for next term that really does rely on it. It stops extruding either on the very first layer or at any random point in thd print. So either need to find a cheap place to print things for me, or find someone who can service it. Any advice/suggestions appreciated. Regards Teachercreature

Hi Sorry for late reply. Teacher things… ABS. The up kicks the temp up to 260 C ish, but very much a preset thing with no control. The bed heats to 105 C I noticed a mechanical issue… there seemed to alot of play on the righthand ( as you look at the front of the machine) Z axis riser and i am attempting to put right. I can imagine this allowing the extruder nozzle to move slightly, so worth a go… As ever thanks for any advice.
Hi again. Two succesful prints having improved the vertical bearing on the right hand side of the machine. Not the strongest of components; for now i take back all the names i called our 3d up. That being said i am ordering a better and frankly more sturdy machine. Thanks again to anyone who gave this some thought. Regards Slightly less stressed teacher creature
