I could not find a way using the advanced search tool to locate a Hub with a large printing bed.

I have a part that is 15" Dia x 6" high, hollow form with a .125" wall.

It can be made in sections but I would like minimize glue seams. ABS would be preferred but

not mandatory.

Hi,

What is the actual purpose of this and are there any details on the surface or is it just flat ?

I have an idea on how to construct such a part so that it can be printed out of ABS with minimal warping.

I have to divide the part in either three or five parts depending on the method that i use for this.

I live in germany and assuming by your added tag you live in Denver, shipment for such a big part would be cut down to a maximum of 10€.

Hi,

I design and build custom heavy duty large format 3D Printers. I have a 30x30x45" build space on my printers. I live in Colorado Springs. Please let me know if I can be of assistance. The part will be done in one piece.

I should be able to print it as one

15 Inches comes down to 19cm radius…

My printer can do 12x12x12in. If your object is a full circular diameter I would need to cut it into probly 4 parts.

I have a wide variety colors available. Mostly PLA. I can print ABS and can get you your desired color if I do not already have it.

Titan Robotics can print it for a good price. Clay builds oversized printers for a living. He’s on 3d hubs, or just e-mail him:

Hi Ryan, thanks for your input. Just a heads up I moderated the email out - moving forward please use a link to the hub profile as means of contact. Cheers!

Thanks everyone for the suggestions!

I have contacted Titan Robotics.

Your looking at at least 2 sections with a Lulzbot Taz 5. Contact a hub that has a large scale printer to see about hubing with them.
