I think I inadvertently changed a setting while looking thru config. tab. Printer homes and then moves to the front right an inch or so. Also when self leveling or test z height is run, head crams into bed and then moves. I feel lost in how to resolve this, I didn’t change anything on purpose, selector knob is very touchy and i think i selected and changed something without knowing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @dminor it would help us a lot if you told us which printer you’re using and which software.

My bad, thought about that after I submitted. I have a Hatchbox Alpha. I use Cura normally. Hatchbox service sent me a procedure, but it didn’t work, have another mail waiting reply. I will post picture of home screen after it does the homing run, you can see the coordinates are off from zero. Other two pics are in delta settings, I am thinking Y end offset should not be zero?
Thanks

This is what Hatchbox sent:
1. After powering on your Alpha, go to your main menu, select Configuration and then select Delta settings
2. Write down the current values for the X-End off, Y-End off, and Z-End off (you will need this information later)
3. Go back into the Configuration menu and press “Load f. EEPROM” - Allow a few seconds to pass to get a confirmation message
4. After receiving the confirmation message, power down your Alpha and wait about 2 minutes before powering it back on.
5. Power back on your Alpha, check the values that wrote down back in Configuration=>Delta Settings.
6. If the values are unchanged, attempt to Home All and auto level your printer to see if the problem has been fixed.
7. If the values have been changed, change them back to their original values from the paper you wrote down back in the Delta settings menu
8. Go back to the Configuration menu and select Store to EEPROM. Wait for the confirmation message
9. Once you see the confirmation, power down the printer and wait 2 minutes again
10. Turn on the printer and attempt to Home All and auto level the printer.
