Print head rattle and noise

My printer is making some strange noises.

When the print head is printing it makes a weird rattle-like sound
Other than that, weird gunk seems to ‘seep’ out from the Olsson Block area - presumably belted PLA.

Does anybody have an idea about what could be wrong and/or a way to fix it?

I have a JennyPrinter 3 Z360 (Ultimaker 2 Extended Clone)
