Hi all,
I’m a bit(a lot!) confused about the pricing structures here.
I have minimum prices for certain types of material as they require ordering from the supplier.
So today I got an order with an order value that is much lower than the minimum price! Still taking in account discounts and 3DHubs fees, the prices does not make any sense.
What I did next(and confused me even more!) is input the STL file and check the resulting price in my hub… First few times I got prices without the minimum order value for that material. Then I got prices with a minimum order value but only with the 100 micron option. The higher detail options were without the minimum order value.
Then… After a few tries, suddenly all prices went up correctly and included the minimum order value(what the heck?!).
So now I got a customer thinking he has a very good deal and I have to tell him that the website screwed up.
You would think, that I could suggest him another material without minimum prices. Wrong! When I suggest that other material, the price of the order is suddenly 61 euro’s.
What is going on here??
Is the correct scale selected for the files?

Yes it was.
I also mailed customer support and they already stated that this is most likely a bug(got a very fast response!).
It’s very strange that I get different prices depending on refreshing the page or placing the exact order myself or changing material suggestion on an existing order.
