I found a discrepancy between what is in the “pricing preview” vs. what is actually shown to customers. This is quite a big problem as I am not competitive. I attached a picture of the pricing preview and what I see on the actual listing. I am using the 10cm Marvin as a bench mark. What is the reason for this? What am I missing? Is this just a bug?

No idea on that one but I have had a bunch of pricing issues also. When a customer loads a file it only charges my setup fee and nothing else. Kind of the opposite of what you are getting.
Contact customer support directly. They will look at your hub and see whats up.
