let me share some of my frustrations using your sw.

Maybe you are not aware if this?

I have a registered account. You ask a lot of question of name and email and this and that.

I answer you with patience.

then when I have logged in and really have a question for your support team - then you want me to add all this info again!

Can you please understand that doing it this way you make me feel a stranger - I shared so much info with you already so you can sell my profile to other 3rd parties for AD money.

I can accept that. But I can not accept you ask me to enter email and again - its truly telling me you are not serious at all and just want to make so much hazel so me so I will not submit a question.

Anyone at all listening at your end?

or are you all hiding behind your desks?

Firstly 3D Hubs does not sell any customer data to 3rd parties, and all we ask for when contacting customer support is an e-mail address for a response. Most of the time it is autofilled if you are logged in to your account.

We are very proud of our customer support team who resolve most issues within 12h, what exactly was your issue?
