I’ve printed over 10 of these now and I’m dialing in settings more and more. This is my best one yet. I have 3 external fans cooling my printer from the back and 2 angled sides. I’m using Hatchbox black PLA. I will attach all relevant settings I am using in Cura. Thank you in advance!

Looks pretty good to me. If you’re looking for further improvement, and haven’t already done so you should think about adding Z-braces to reduce the slight amount of ringing it appears you’re getting in your print. Check z Brace for Wanhao Duplicator i3 PLUS by spool3d_canada - Thingiverse for the files and instructions.
