the withe plastic that guide the filament from the stepper motor to the extruder is poping out, dopn’t know why, it wasn’t doing that befor, and because he guide is poping out, the filament is just not extruding. I tought it was the code, so i try to print a file i printe before, but it had the same problem. any ideas ? plz help =(

Please specify the printer model and add some photo

Verify if the heating block, extruder and guide are well assembled to the extruder motor.

If it is still not working, change it. It’s not hard to change, and isn’t expensive.
