I think i’ve finally managed to make Gerber Files for PCBs, *.sol and *.cmp
Well when i look at them they are right and the viewer says they are the right size 
Now i just need to find a good place to get them made <NB I’m in England> not keen on getting it from the US, as the import tax can be a stinger. So Europe and China (way).
Dosnt matter about the thickness of the board at the moment, as its still a prototype (but will be looking to go down to 0.4mm) the board itself is 40x40mm, 2 Layers, i think ill put the drill holes in myself
