Hi, I am new here - just started our hub and got first orders.

Could you help me to find the simple information: where can I see the payout history?

Hey @gpson, you can see a list of your orders and the payment associated with each order. Click on ‘My Orders’ next to your profile picture and then you’ll be able to see your orders categorized by their status: Active, Shipping, Completed, and Archived. Depending on your payout method, you could check either your bank statement or PayPal account for a history of transactions.

when on the orders page in the lower left is a spot that says “Want to save your order history to your computer?”, click the export orders as CSV button. that will get you a spreadsheet showing the order info, cost, fees, amount paid to you.

But just remember these only get updated when 3dhubs sends you the money after the order is fully completed
