I have the da Vinci 1.0. I just found a part on the bottom that I do not know where it goes. It is a screw that looks like the ones used for calibrating the bed, however it is a bit smaller and the three screws for calibration are still in place.

Hi, it sounds like the transit screw for the bed. Have a look at the very beginning of your instructions or search for an unboxing video on youtube.
