When ordering from the main order page (Online 3D Printing Service | Instant 3D Printing Quotes | Hubs) I only see options for one of my printers (UP BOX) but when I order from my profile (https://www.3dhubs.com/leicester/hubs/steelman) or from my website widget (http://www.steelmans3d.com) I get both printers (UP BOX and Robox).

In my case all the materials and resolutions are duplicated for each printer and I actually prefer to not have everything duplicated as it is on the main order page. However this means that nobody can see order from my Robox if they come via the main order page.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Simon

Also what is “Growth - Buyers Guide 15 EUR” ??? see attached

Hey Simon,

Thanks for spotting that Discount Code: Buyers Guide €15 which was showing in your Order Widget, we’ll make sure to fix that today.

As for the checkout at the moment they are slightly different, but we’re releasing an update next week which should make them a lot better.

Stay tuned!

Hi Brian,

I should point out that I am not a fan of the duplication because both of my printers can print the same materials and colours. It must be confusing for customers to see all the options (attached) when really they just need to select the material, colour and resolution. Maybe the printer could be optional in a case that when the material, colour and resolution are chosen there are 2 or more printers capable of printing this combination?

Simon

Indeed the duplication should no longer happen when we update the checkout next week. Of course it’s unnecessary confusion for the customer. Changing between printers can also be done on the order page once the conversation with the customer is going.
