I might need to take my printers offline for a week. Will it affect my hubs ranking?

I do not think it should, as it is recommended by 3dhubs to do so when the printers might be unavailable.

If it does affect the rankings, then I will leave it up, and take my chances on dealing with customer time/expectations personally.

Hi Perry,

Turning your printers offline does not affect your Hub ranking. It is a feature that is in place to prevent you from losing Hub ranking, for when you are unavailable to accept any orders. Whether this is because you are on vacation, or simply because you have too many orders going at once already, and can’t reasonably accept more without breaking the deadlines. You can turn them off without worry!

Hi Benny, I am going on vacation and I was thinking about listing my printer offline for the time I’m gone. I just have one doubt, I still have running orders which I planned to finish before I leave, but I won’t be able to take any new orders and don’t want to decline them in case I get them. Can I finish the already received orders even though I list my printer as of today offline? Thanks!

Best regards,

Alonso

It is my experience you can still have complete access to you existing orders, complete them, mark them shipped, etc., when you are offline.

People can still see your hub when you are offline. They just cannot create an order.

Existing customers can still access their orders and communicate with you.

Great thing to know, thank you very much Perry! Best regards
