Doe anyone know what the difference is between “High Quality,” “High Speed,” and “Digital Material” is in Objet Studio? This is for a Connex500.

Good afternoon,

In High Quality mode the model are printed in 16 microns, you can use this mode ONLY when you able to use the material in four print heads in single material printing. Almost twice as much time is required to print.

": All print heads print models without regard to the source of the model material. This happens in the following situations:

- All print heads are supplied with one model material.

- Each pair of print heads is supplied with a different model material, but models are printed as if they were the same material. The result is an arbitrary mixture of materials in the printed model"

In High Speed mode the model are printed in 30 microns, same as HQ mode, you can use this mode ONLY when you able to use the material in four print heads in single material printing.

Digital Material mode is used when producing trays designed to be fabricated from two or more model material, 30‐micron layers, similar printing time to High Quality mode.

Romain.
