There is a slow but very noticeable drip that seems to be on both the support and the build print heads. A small puddle forms even when the unit is not active. I have cleaned and dried everything, but cannot seem to tell where it is originating. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this?
Did you recently clean or replace your print heads? It sounds like they are not under vacuum. Perhaps one of the O-rings on the print heads did not get replaced if you recently flushed them?
I did not recently replace the print heads. We do clean them after each print per the normal wipe down method. For the first time, I just removed the print heads and saw the O-rings. They all seem to be in place, and in decent condition. I put some new O-rings on order and will try changing them out. I cleaned everything up as good as possible and reassembled, still leaking.
New O-Rings did not help. The heads are still leaking.
Does this indicate that I need new heads?
