My nozzle flow slowed down, so I heated up the head and took it out. Cleaned it with a brass wheel (including the threads), warmed the head back up and started threading the nozzle back in. It got half way in then stuck, so I tried to back it out and could only get 1/4 turn before it would stick. I ended up breaking the heater trying to get it back out. Getting a new hotend under warranty next Wednesday.

Next time I try to change the nozzle I will coat the threads with anti-seize before I try to put it back in.
