Hi all,

I’m not getting text messages for when someone sends me an enquiry by using “Contact this Hub”. I respond to orders within a couple of minutes, but because i never got a notification for two new enquiries, my response time is now over 10 hours.

Am i missing something? I added a screenshot of my notication settings.

Extra info: text messages for orders is working fine.

Double check all your contact details and contact 3d hubs directly, it may be a small fault on their part.

I am receiving text messages for orders, so i think my contact details are fine. I have contacted 3Dhubs a couple of days ago, but i’m still waiting for a reply. Are text messages for enquiries not comming through for anyone else?
